Finnish mobile manufacturing giant, Nokia will soon be unveiling its new range of Pureview and Lumia series of handsets. The company is working very hard on the implementation of the Superhydrophobic Technology, which is known to repel water with its handsets. With the use of this Nano technology, Nokia is creating the future handsets that will be waterproof. These handsets will be quite beneficial for the users as it will allow users to use mobiles even when it's raining hard. The adoption of this technology will surely enhance the life and usability of the devices. It has been stated by vice president of Nokia Western Europe that Superhydrophobic technology makes water bounce, it stops it, rolls it off the device and leaves it water impregnate. But till now no official announcement has been made by Nokia regarding the implementation of waterproofing technology in its mobile phones. Many manufacturers like Motorola have tried to create water resistant devices and have succeeded. But creating something that is waterproof would be quite big step.
