Samsung and HTC other manufacturers makes phones based on the OS, they have bigger stake in Android OS.
For Nokia Windows Phone is the only Smartphone operating system as it is phasing out the Symbian OS. It was expected that Nokia to be worst hit by this announcement. This is the main reason due to which Nokia is in a hurry to introduce Windows Phone 8 based phones.
Against the single core processors of current Lumia series, Windows Phone 8 will offer dual core processor's capability. Bigger camera will be supported by WP 8 due to which Nokia may bring a Windows Phone 8 version of its famous Pureview Smartphone.
The new OS has also been made to be better compatible with Windows PC operating system. It will support Microsoft's software suits like the MS Office, new email client like Outlook.com etc will be supported by Microsoft's software suits. This is intended at creating a rival to Android which relies a lot on Google suit of software like Gmail, maps, YouTube etc.

This Latest version of Windows OS is no more traditional as native apps will run full screen without title bars or minimize/maximize widgets. Windows 8 will have the ability to run multiple apps side by side on single screen. After that you can adjust the dividing line between the programs to show more or less of each. However, Windows 8 does not permit you to view all of your running apps on a single screen.

Google Translate for Android now translates images too

Ever been in a foreign country with no idea what a sign says? According to the latest reports Google Translate now lets you snap a picture of it, and then translate the text. With the help of this app users doesn’t need to enter in the text to translate manually .This is the most time saver app.
The app is based on Android versions 2.3 and up, and allows users to select exactly what users would like to be translated. This app is very convenient if there is a large amount of text on the page, or more than one language in the image. To use this feature users have to specify which language they want to translate and not all 64 languages supported by Google Translate can use the new camera translate feature. if you move out of the camera translate interface, it doesn’t retain the image you just took and users have to start once again . Let’s hope that this will be fixed in the next patch. Either way, it had no problems with translating the Polish language description on our Intel processor box. Google Translate for Android is available in the Play Store
