Nimbuzz launches updates light-weight app for Blackberry devices

Today new version of Nimbuzz is launched to tune up the services provided to Blackberry users. Nimbuzz is quite dominant on the Android OS and is usually neglected.

Declaring the new Nimbuzz app for the Blackberry OS, the app is now claimed to be the lightest applications in the messaging ecosystem of Blackberry. In addition to that it uses minimum memory space. Even on low power devices it ensures high speed file transfer.

For better connectivity on slow data networks along with a drastic reduction in run time memory, the new version of the Nimbuzz app for the Blackberry OS is designed. Latest features like bubble chat and contact list separation from chat list, gives a new experience for the user. The app makes the communication more secure as it supports phone number verification. This app is available in 19 languages, the popular ones being English, French and Arabic.

Nimbuzz for Windows Phone released

Nimbuzz, a multiple instant messenger is finally launched for Windows Phone platform and is available at Windows Phone Marketplace free of cost. Nimbuzz is one of the popular cross platform instant messengers that supports file sharing and voice calling over the internet. Basically using Nimbuzz will make you replace your SMS with IMs (instant messengers) by adding instant messaging services.

Nimbuzz allows to:

• Sign up for an account
• Link with some instant messaging services like GTalk, Facebook, Yahoo! Messenger, Live Messenger, Facebook and more.
• Helps logging into Twitter, getting updates and even sending out updates without leaving the app.

Nimbuzz will offer more apps within its app

Nimbuzz, an admired and well-liked instant messenger application has recently started offering app called Bots an additional feature within its app. Bots or internet bots are software applications that run automated tasks over the Internet.
Astrology, Twitter Bot, Cricket and Jimmy Testbot are currently available Bots. This means if an astrology app has a Bot, then user can ask questions to which Bot will reply.
Nimbuzz developers are working constantly to prepare Bots for games, quiz, Wikipedia, weather, mobile e-store, IMDb (movie site), romantic ideas etc.
These bots can be downloaded from 'N World' which is the market place within Nimbuzz app.
Jamshed V Rajan, chief product officer, Nimbuzz said, “With the release of our API we are allowing developers to reach our 85 million plus users. Users will get benefit from increased utility of our app.”
Nimbuzz is a one stop shop for the app lovers as it offers multiple applications, which provides their phones enough space. The best part is that Nimbuzz supports all internet (GPRS, EDGE, 3G) enabled phones including low end feature phones.
Within next few days Nimbuzz will start offering support for operator billing (paying trough phone balance or bill).

First up, that doesn’t mean that the service is there only for Samsung handsets, in fact, it is pouring in soon for Blackberry and iPhone and all Android handsets can also use this service. It offers free videos, images and audio messages for free, but also animated SMSs. You can group Chat and vote your top 3 buddies for the week. Even owners of the Galaxy Tab are eligible for this service.
