
After the Airtel slashed its 3G tariffs, Vodafone is also going to reduce its 3G tariffs in order to entice the users. It has been reported that Vodafone is planning to declare cheap 3G plans for pre-paid subscribers in Mumbai circle. The Mobile Indian contacted Vodafone India for clarification but the company dismissed the report. They responded that till now no official or formal announcement has taken place from their end as yet.
Airtel had recently reduced its 3G tariffs by upto 70 per cent. As per the new revised plan, the rates are as below:
The 3G packs for month range from Rs 102 to Rs 451 which offers different usage data caps. Rs 1,501 that offer 10 GB worth of usage for 30 days validity for power users is also given. As the user crosses the limit the network speed will be reduced and the user will be charged 2 paisa per 10 KB. Users can enjoy 3G network speed on their Smartphone’s with these revised plans.
